Box office looked rammed when I was going in and alot struggling to get in alot of elderly I noticed,stewards just sending them to box office

The upload on the physical cards for season ticket holders seems to have failed on mass. Hence people having to queue up at the box office to get printed tickets. The question is why has a system that worked very well for past few years is suddenly not working properly. I guess they have changed the actual system and the current one isn't as good as the old one.

Ridiculous to have 2 full rows of empty seats policed by stewards in the North East corner from the Mansfield fans.

A block in the North stand too.

There's a lot wanted tickets for tonight only to be told it was sold out.

Think the full allocation for away fans in the cups is 7,500.

After last night's game 2 of the 3 season tickets in my wallet (Android/Google) had changed to the Villa game, and the third one had updated by this morning.

Think the full allocation for away fans in the cups is 7,500.

League Cup is 10% (~5200), FA Cup is 15% (~7800).

I assume when it comes to the FA Cup, away fans will get the exact same areas as they did last night, except the visible gaps we saw between the home and away fans would be filled with actual away fans.

I’ve got an android phone & have both mine and my mates tickets in my wallet both updated no problem, the ticket office a few weeks ago told me you can only transfer a ticket to a mate four days before the fixture if they have a membership number, hope that helps & it works .

Mine on Google wallet says "fortress gb" on it, it didn't last year. Maybe they are using a different company to do the data side of things

I’m happy to report that Everton sent me an “important ticket information” e-mail for the Mansfield game at 5:30 this morning

Luckily I used the app and added them to my wallet as the club emailed me my digital tickets at 8.27 this morning.

Just turned automatic updates off then back on in my Apple wallet and my Aston Villa ticket has appeared and my Mansfield ticket has gone.
