My experience is.
Ticket loading with completely wrong information
Tickets linked to one customer number just not computing.
Tickets not auto updating as advised.
Customers finding workarounds rather than club finding solutions
Difficulty trying to make contact with club to resolve. Probably overwhelming but communication would help.
Wasted so much of my time trying to sort Brighton and now tonight. Im talking hours.
Times how many fans?
Actual excitement waning due to anxiety.
Now onto Villa tickets.....i note theres no option to forward to a friend on mine, only sell!
