Digital Season Ticket

Hi sorry to bother you - I've always had our season tickets on my iPhone in my Apple wallet. I can't go to the game tomorrow and as I use my phone for work, I've just deleted my husband's ticket from my Apple wallet so that I could put it into his instead.

I've removed it from my Apple wallet, but when I try to download it (both through his Everton app and through the original season ticket email) it's saying unable to do so because it's a duplicate and already on another device! I've tried to add it back to mine too and it's saying the same thing! So now I don't have it anywhere!

Is there a delay and I just need to try again later? Anyone done this and found the same problem?

Many thanks for any help 💙

Bloody digital tickets!
You could try restarting your phone
Or sign out and sign back into your apple account.
This would force an update of your account and may just clear the issue.
Failing that, i guess , hubbys going to have to go the box office after 5pm
Best of luck

I think I likely know the answers to these questions, but I’d be grateful for definitive info from anyone who knows. I have an over 65s season ticket and won’t be able to attend the Chelsea match on 21st March (or whatever TV date is chosen). My son (not a season ticket holder) is the only person in my friends and family list. I presume I can’t transfer my concessionary ticket to him, as he is a ‘full cost’ adult? If that is the case, if I sell the ticket back to EFC is there any way that I can do that and reserve it so that he can be guaranteed to buy it. Or will he have to take pot luck and coordinate with me so that when I sell it back, he can jump in and hopefully buy it at the same time. Any info gratefully received. Thanks, MB

Don't have a definite on the ST transfer across age categories, but what I will say re: selling back to club. Just be careful, there's been a few matches recently where it doesn't go to resale immediately after ballot, so the club don't release resale tickets until they've gotten rid of the 'normal' general sale tickets.
So you wouldn't really know when resale go up on the site. But as this is currently a weekend game v Chelsea there might be a good chance not many left over

We just transfer tkt over to family members . They then contact box office to upgrade tkt and pay the difference. We our over 65s. Hope this helps.
