Psv don’t need immediate money because of Malen and get good money next summer for another asset

Presumably they won’t need a lot of money for their replacements as the majority come from within their own league or youth academy anyway

I think this is more likely to be true, if anything about this is. Think back to the Mbappe deal - PSG were goosed by FFP rules so they loaned him with a guaranteed purchase at the end of it. They don’t incur any immediate expense of significance, and Monaco had a contract they could borrow against in the event they needed cash immediately.
