Every tournament throws up somebody who for various reasons catches the eye from nowhere. He's gash.

To be honest I don’t rate him that highly. I know he had an above average Euro but I watch about 20 to 25 PSV games every season and from what I saw last season he is wildly inconsistent. If he can’t be consistent in the Dutch league then I have reservations he can prod the goods in England.

I would presume our scouts know the name of every player in the upper divisions of every European league. They would have fairly detailed stats of all internationals. If they dont they should be lined up and stoned like the roman times for complete laziness.

If it wasn’t for the fact we’re desperate for a rb I wouldn’t even be remotely fussed by this.
he’ll do far better at inter than he would here because they’ll attack far more than we do so he’ll get more assists and goals. Whereas with us being far more defensive he’d struggle as he’s far better going forward than he is defending.
