Tough to see him defensively because Dutch down to 10 but he doesn't stop all game up and down plus he has good defensive quality.

that is why i think we should be all over him. PL suits him most and he didnt have the best of seasons at PSV so maybe the big boys might not move for him / are not looking at a new right back anyway
