He's alright, nothing special so couldn't see why on earth we'd be after him.

Dzagoev and Golovin are the only two players worth while from russuan, ones now injury prone, the other is just potential ability atm
 
About this one I don't mind. If he comes, great. If he doesn't, meh.

I could not be anymore neutral about this rumour.

He was basically labelled the next big thing years ago, but spent way too many years just sitting in Madrid's reserves/loaned etc.

Got talent and lots of pace, but 17-23 years old he hardly played and losing those years effectively ended his chances of developing into something better than what he is which is an ok winger. Same will happen to Golovin if he ends up at too big a team also.

..it’s strange how few Russian’s truly make it to the top of late. Not sure if it’s a character/attitude problem when they move abroad. Mind you, despite a very decent World Cup, the international team has been in the doldrums for some time. Difficult to understand.
