If I thought I was as good at my job as Gray thinks he is at his, I’d be sacked for being an utter narcissist. He clearly has some ability but he’s so focused on being the star and doing the Hollywood things that he wastes so much. He had 1 good shot on Henderson, didn’t work but he keeps on trying it. There were 2 or 3 chances there he messed up because he went for the “spectacular” instead of the logical.

Also you can tell he just doesn’t want to cross the ball unless he’s guaranteed an assist from it, could’ve thrown in the ball a few times or played it to the wing back for them to play it in but instead tries to take on 2 or 3 players because it makes him look better.
