The daily fail saying he is considering his future due to lack of game time under Dyche. I could understand that tbh as he is best on the left and Dyche is always going to stick McNeil there even though he looked better towards the end of the season when he was cutting inside a bit more.

Yeah his whole gameplay is about cutting in on his right, on the RW you basically lose everything he offers... Well his best assets anyway!! Unless he starts cutting in further down the pitch.

In a way it should really force him to put the ball in earlier and cross more, so you would expect it to help his game and remove a lot of the frustration he can carry.

This is all very true. But it’s also very true that we’ve wasted absurd amounts of money on overpaid wasters who also don’t belong in the prem rather than giving some of the youngsters a chance to prove themselves. We bought Neal Maupay for like 15mil and Simms and Cannon really can’t be worse. They just can’t be.

Then he came on and scored an excellent goal against Chelsea

And then we never saw him again

Good shouts with the colours, surely Wolves have the dough after the Neves sale to stump up £10m+ for him? Having said that he’s not Portuguese so that’s a mark against.
