Tip of the iceberg, on a regular basis he would go to a certain bar/restaurant and regularly walk out without paying when questioned it was because of 'who he is' with suggestions that he should be paid to be there. It would also be expected that the waiting/ bar staff (female) should pass on their contact numbers, again because of who he is.
