Favre is a fantastic coach, there are plenty of good coaches out there who don't end up at the higher profile and richer teams that tend to win most things. And with Favre, there may be the suggestion he doesn't even want that pressure again!
When he coaches in Bundesliga, he did an amazing job initially with Hertha, and an even more impressive job with Gladbach. And they played great football in the process.
