Yeah Marvel aren't winning at anything these days other then with their movies mate. Their comics are pure garbage and have been for years, they're just living from one horrendous event storyline to another along with endless reboots.

Depends which court it ends up in...and, should they win, if they have the power to enforce it in Spain
Just show them a picture that pre-dates the first Batman comic and its game set and match, shouldn't even go to trial.
