Probably the same people who couldn't see the spark in DCL from his few appearances last season.

You can tell when a player has that something. He has it, he'll shine soon.

We saw him link up nicely with Lukaku a couple of times in a game - before having to go off injured.

His game seems to revolve around positioning and being smart wuth the ball and some goals. This type of player we will have to give time to get used to the intensity of the league. Once he figures it out i expect he will produce. Mightnt see the best of him till next season. He also needs a decent front man like he had at ajax.

Constant revisionism everywhere re: DCL. He was dire, a few people saw a few signs of promise but you're all taking the piss if you're coming out of the woodwork now saying you always rated him and everyone who didn't doesn't know anything about footy.

That is not correct.

There were plenty who were predicting a very bright future for him last season.
