Six days Unsworth has proved whoever gets the job till January - you cannot polish a turd with the players amassed by Walsh, and Koeman -
We lack everything ATM - one win may do us the world of good - it will have to be dogs of war tactics, and old stages like. Baines and co will have to stand aside as their legs have clearly gone - it's a big task ahead but not unachivable - we are in a hole we have to dig our way out - If Unsworth tempory charge fails any manager till Janusry will need more than luck, and will have to hit the ground running!

As much as I don't like Koeman (for numerous reasons), the one point is clear..we need a left-sided defender and a striker!
The money hasn't been spent wisely, which is so annoying as we haven't had it to spend before!!

As bad as we are at the back, we're even worse up front. Nothing to relieve the constant pressure the defence is under.
We go a goal down, and we're done. They know it, and we know it. That's why teams are rubbing their hands at the prospect at playing us. It used to be football, now its next goal is the winner.

You can almost see it in the players expressions every time the opposition attack :

The team has totally fallen to pieces.

4 at the back, we need 2 DM's to protect Jags and Williams.
3 at the back, suits Baines and Kenny but, Keanes injured and even when fit, we don't have a player suited to the left of the 3?

One day Rhino will make a very good Premier League manager.

But he's a long way off that at this stage.

He's done well with the kids but right now we need someone with experience to get us out of this mess.

Feel sorry for Unsworth. Our squad is so unbalanced. We’ve got too many players and not enough top quality.

I normally feel as though there’s a solution within the squad to get us going but this season I just don’t think we can put out a great 11.

Me too.

Unsworth isn't to blame.

Even the players, for the most part, aren't to blame.

The people responsible for our transfer policy (Koeman and Walsh) are to blame.

Koeman left us with an acutely unbalanced squad. I'd go as far as to say it's the worst Everton squad since the days of Walter Smith. It's daft to expect a guy with no Premier League managerial experience to be able to get such a squad to win games. Unsworth is a cracking fella, but he's not got the requisite experience to keep us up.

Worst Everton squad since 1997/1998 in my opinion, and it only cost us a mere 140 million pounds to achieve this feat!At least the Everton sides in the Walter Smith era, had some tough battle hardened characters in them.This current squad is a lot weaker mentally.There's very few players in the current Everton squad, that i would want in the trenches with me in a battle.
