disappointed, its amateur for a manager to ask the team to build from the back when everyone is Low on confident.

A team lack of confident absolutely can't string 10 pass together with any purpose and yet unsworth chooses to play this way. Reluctant to play counter attack and attack with pace even when we have players willing and capable to run with pace in the team.
