David Moyes

I'll be extremely surprised if the Irons appoint Moyes as manager.

He's just got Sunderland relegated and other than the top 4 fluke of 2004/05 he's never achieved anything hugely significant as a manager.

Ah George, I agree he doesn't deserve a top job these days. But for the money we had he did well. Signed some decent players aswell. We were to be feard even though we didn't win anything.

Sunderland were horrid. It had Jack Rodwell in the midfield, they were going down no matter what.

David Moyes is a fair manager, not great, but nothing terrible, for a mid season manager you can do worse. He was just very negative in his last few years at Everton and that is why everyone had enough, but he was very consistent at getting a few 5ths, and 6ths and went on a couple of Europa League runs. He was ok.

He said some very awful things about Everton after he left, so he can't come back here, but as a manager he's a solid mid table choice.

Even mine mate. Part of me thinks Big Sam wouldn’t be terrible.

WTF is that about?!

I’d say you’re very aware of the seriousness of the situation we are in.

We’d have scoffed at these names a few years ago, indeed we did. All because we had faith the club had it under control.

Now we don’t know what to think mate.

Would Love to see him back at this club...contract till the end of season...Moyessiah please come home & save us we need you...

IMWT........

A win today can take us up to 15th 8 points away from 7th place.... with 27 games to play do you think we are panicking a little too early...

Davey Moyes would love to come back he has unfinished business with us, he understands this club & can take us onwards upwards & & back into Europe, it is never to late....

IMWT.... All hail the Moyessiah.

Only reason I would honestly not want moyes back is because you know we get nowhere with him. 11 years experience tells us that , we won't win anything or challenge the top clubs or even win away from home.

Even big Sam has the unexpected factor about him, the what if he wins us the fa cup, takes us into Europe etc. Until it doesn't happen then it's a unknown factor, we know moyes will write off the top 6 fixtures left as defeats and not turn up to them

No mate. It's not panicking too early, it's a massive warning sign so far that would be foolish to ignore. Remember we have no defence and no attack! Every week it's the what if factor and x points away from this position but we then lose badly again and the bar drops until the bar is x points from 17th .

Considering moyes won nothing in over a decade here or took us past the glass ceiling or even win away at a big club, what makes you think that it would change after 3 sackings before returning here? Would you be happy knowing we could have another 11 years of achieving nothing?

Moyes went to Man utd a gigantic job after Ferguson...he was on a hiding to nothing
Then he went to Spain where it is extremely hard for an English manager to achieve...
Then Sunderland which was just a very bad decision....

Moyes is still a fantastic manager who is a great fit with this club & if he had stayed would have gone on to greater things...

Bring him back & bring back the passion & pride of this great club...

Allardyce is just a greedy opportunist who has no real interest in our club...

Dyche I could stomach but is he as good as the Moyessiah...I do not think so.

IMWT....
