2025/26 David Moyes

He got caught out with the Big Lie.

I wonder if he's still talking about lack of numbers before the Brentford game? Probably - but he looks like a bit of a spanner if he does given that result.

Moyes will ALWAYS talk this club down. That's the golden rule.
He certainly doesn't look like a Spanner,Not tonight anyway.

Just pack it in ey mate.

I never wanted him back (burnt by Kendalls failed returns) but he's long since proved me wrong.

No doubt though when we have some inevitable poor results we'll have some demanding he be sacked for a more 'progressive' (whatever that means) manager.

Couple of points off champions league again even with that injury/afcon ravaged squad

Next two games are home to Brentford and home to Wolves

…it’s about this time we usually Everton it up, can things be different with new ground/owners in now?
Don't forget the Cup game. We know Moyesy might...

I do.

We beat them 3-0 the other week.

When we were expecting to be missing 2 who started that game, people were saying it would be a miracle if we didn't get battered. But then I had this debate on here before kick off and as I say, I'm seeing fans on social media sharing that they're betting on Nottingham Forest to beat us.

Baffles me. If I'm not confident I just keep my head down. Too many seem too keen to talk up doom and gloom scenarios.

Cheer up, it might never happen.
That last line should be delivered to your in laws on the topic of relegation x

More importantly the win exposed Moyes' consistent undermining of this club with all his talk about not having a team to put out because we had 3 or 4 players sidelined.
Ndiaye, Branthwaite, Gana, Keane, Dewsbury-Hall, Grealish (as far as being able to start), Alcaraz, Coleman

That's 8 of the first team squad, David
