2025/26 David Moyes

So the five players missing you’ve just unanimously declared as our best because it suits your argument?

Pickford and Garner are both in the line up and they’re easily amongst our best players so your argument is bogus.

You’re scrambling around drowning in your own hypocrisy.

Some of your highlights this season:

The opposition has spent more than us

We had players missing

It’s a top team away from home

They’ve got a deeper squad than us

He’s missing Branthwaite

Can’t expect to beat Liverpool and City

Yet when Dyche was managing amongst an ownership change with a much weaker squad and without 100 mill to spend you just put the boot in week after week and wouldn’t accept a single reason for any bad performance.

Massive hypocrite
Is it about bad performance or agenda? to you both? I happen to think both Moyes and Dyche did or are doing a good job.

But anyone would have to be an absolute Moron if this was the day they decided to spend the night on an internet hammering Moyes when he’s got an away point and clean sheet without his first choice front 4 and two absolute no marks at full back.

It’d be the equivalent to me giving someone 4 half chewed Crayola crayons and asking them to recreate the Mona Lisa.

It’s utterly nonsensical to spend 3 quarters of our time on this forum criticising how poor some of the players are, then us losing 3 of our better players for today’s game and expecting things to get better.

We dropped points today because we have a bang average manager who bought a load of tat with £110M.

Honest to God: just stop making excuses.

That was a terrible Burnley team that should have been swept aside with ease.
Tbf we dropped points today because our squad is bang average without key players and that goes for when Dyche was manager too. Both managers let down by their squads.

If we had to field thar starting 11 over a 38 game season we would 100% be relegated. That attacking front 4 is woeful and not premier league standard. I dont think any of them are good enough.

We dropped points today because of successive windows of terrible recruitment in attacking areas.

So now the players aren’t good enough?!!!!

Even with Alcaraz and Dibling starting instead of Doucoure and Harrison?

It was almost like I was onto something the past 3 seasons wasn’t it!!!

Has a massive lightbulb just pinged on for a whole load of the anti Dyche mob? ‘Hang on these players aren’t upto much are they?’

Jesus Christ

He should have his guys better prepared. All I hear are excuses. We are out of the cups and 3 of his big signings have not gotten the job done. You have to have a squad and he has not integrated a lot of these guys whatsoever.
There not excuses there mitigating factors as to why we struggled. You can ignore the facts if you like, but it doesn’t change the actual facts that impacted our game.

We have been playing like that. This may be one of the lower ebbs, but this was not wholly out of character.
We have literally struggled to score consistently all season! That is on Moyes. A sexier product in Grealish/Ndiaye/KDH does not change the area we are lacking and need to fix. He had loads of money and built an unbalanced team. It is on him to fix it.

How did your boys Liverpool play today?

Ndiaye Grealish & Dewsbury-Hall are certainly good enough

The front 4 that started today definitely aren't good enough.

It's not that complicated to be honest. Our best 11 is good enough to get top half. That side that started today is nowhere near good enough. Effectively that same side lost a cup tie to a hopeless Wolves side as well this season.

Honestly I expected a nil nil as soon as I saw the line up. They have no goal threat and no creativity when missing those players.

I’m not hammering Moyes. I think he’s doing an ok job, and I thought he did an exceptional job first time round.

I’m calling out the hypocrites who slammed Dyche going on like they were the standard bearers for NSNO but now are rolling out all the same excuses that they refused to accept under Dyche.
