Where have you got that information from? The same crevice that you pulled “we paid nothing for him under Dyche” from?

Almost all transfers are paid in installments over the length of the players contract. I have absolutely no idea what the precise payment schedule is for Beto but it doesn't seem outlandish that we would still owe some of his fee.
