2025/26 David Moyes

Would you have prefered it if he’d came out and said we lost because Pickford played like a biff or JOB and Myko play like the won a competition. Or alternatively he makes excuses.

The delivery was poor of what he’s trying to say but if we didn’t have that terrible opening minute, the game will probably have been very different. Just move onto Bournemouth and hopefully put it behind us
No, but I would prefer that level of candid talk as opposed to the usual rubbish.

Ideally, I want him to come out and say, “We decided to release Michael Keane and are 100% signing a new starting RB in the upcoming transfer window.”

didn't see Wenger hanging around in the middle there
good catch

Think this table conclusively demonstrates he’s better than Klopp, Mourinho & Guardiola then.

He also has the most wins out of that lot
Wenger has lost more than Alan Curbishley, clearly this means he’s a worse manager.
It's almost as if the stats for a guy with about 15+ years of Premier League management under his belt might be different from a bunch of managers who haven't, isn't it.

I guess Big Sam and his 1 game 1 win record makes him a better manager than Carlo "I've got a trophy room bigger than half the countries going to the world cup" Ancelotti.

absolutely!
to quote the man himself: 'I won't ever be going to a top-four club because I'm not called Sam Allardici, just Sam Allardyce'

The system relies too much on Grealish and Ndiaye to create opportunities. We do not have another consistent creator on the pitch and because Ndiaye and Grealish aren't really the ones to get in behind with pace, the play stops. Defenses are allowed to get back and get numbers and we are forced into probing. We are not City, Barca or Arsenal. We had a similar problem with Marco Silva.

'Sam Allardici' sounds like a DJ that finished 5th on Latvia's Got Talent, but now makes a "living" performing sets in Ibiza for teenagers from Burnley who booked the wrong summer holiday hotel.
