Here's what's not working...and I know this is counter-intuitive for most...

Grealish and Ndiaye are great ball players but we are highly predictable playing both.

We needed pace in this team and all we did was keep on buying ball players.

Both those players look loads, loads better with two proper full backs behind them.

I’m tired of being safe from relegation. It’s not enough for a fan. Might as well go into the locker room at the end of the match and say it’s not about winning or losing. It’s about going out and competing, seeing your friends, and getting exercise.

I don't think they were extending anyway. He's the placeholder until they can actually work up a plan.
