Big decision in a couple of weeks against City. Worried he'll punt Alcaraz to the wing with Grealish being unavailable despite him playing so well in 10 role today.

Yesterday felt like a pivotal game, if we had lost it would have been a poor start, a draw would have made it a meh start but a win made it a good start.

I am still not happy about the cup exit, don't think I will get over that until the draw for the FA Cup 3rd round is made.

Fully agree. Everton controlled the game against Villa and on another day Beto bags a brace and it's a regulation 2-0 home win. But it was draw you have to blow your nose and move on.

5 points collectively home to Villa, West Ham (I think they will be better away than at home under Nuno) and Crystal Palace is pretty good. 2 or 3 points would have been a very disappointing return.
