yeah, I go back and forth on Carsley.
I dont think he'd win anything with Everton
but I do think, if it's a project all the Moyes fans want, then Carsley might do the job.
He's a fan of Dibling and I reckon he could get much more out of him.
He'll be keyed in on all the young talent in the country and not afraid to play them.
The players will know and respect him
He played for Everton.
If we're gonna stick with a project manager, I'd far prefer him to Moyes
but his lack of top level club experience is a concern.
I'd still opt for others ahead of him but I'd be curious to see how he does.
