Well then we dont need a manager if hes not responsible for what happens on the pitch. He certainly doesnt seem to work on defensive set pieces in training, work to improve young players or have more rgan one way of playing, so if, as you say, he is not responsible for what happens on match day, hes actually pretty sh$t, especially considering how much he gets paid...heck, even his interviews ars boring
