2025/26 David Moyes

id hsve took tenth, bedding in some new players, sky 6 well away with villa and newcastle just that bit better still, palace building on their cup win with a strong side ahead us, no real chance of europe but well clear of relegation

but with everyone else imploding its a biter pill. the failure to win a single game since chelsea and see bournemouth and brighton pull away whilst brentford and chelsea flounder is tough to take

and to see likes of rohl make an impact so late in the day

branthwaite kept on with an injury

right backs turned down in the window meaning keane plays most matches

it is very frustrating

maybe its just a very tight league this year. aside from united, brentford and Bournemouth, and now brighton late in the day every side has looked worse this year. but maybe thats cos no one can string a result together because its so competitive

One thing he seems to be doing, which I’m not a fan of, is alienating quite a few players this season. If he’s not here in the summer the new manager has quite a few players to try to convince to stay.
I think it's nailed on we sell Ndiaye. I think Aznou will probably ask to go. Not sure who else are in and around the first team squad would.

There are rumours that Armstrong isn't happy, so maybe there's another. Maybe Dibling will push to leave if we get a bid??

Definitely, I said I expect a top half finish at the start of the season. I was assuming we get around 52-55 points, which usually gets that, but we've been in reach for Europe for the half of the season and . Of course, you should do everything as long it's possible. The team and manager collectively failed in the last few games.

Moyes in the end will leave the club in a better position as when he took over, to once again lead the team from relegation battlers to have a chance for Europe.

But he won't develop an identity like Iraola or Potter at Bournemouth and Brighton and win titles like Everton did in the 80s.
Potter is unemployable. Next.

Alcaraz defo wont want to be here with the dinosaur again for another season.

His face said it all today: an absolute piss take sending him on for about 90 seconds.
