I’m sure there will be some good coaches on the continent who have a more sophisticated philosophy on footballing style, and squad rotation but in this league alone we have Glasner and Iraola - that should give the decision makers pause for thought alone about a potential managerial change.

I really don’t see what the risk of rolling the dice to try and get a better manager would be.

Last few years Glasner has won Europa League, FA Cup, Charity Shield and I wouldn't bet against him winning the Conference League.

They've also been gutted. Eze, Guehi, Olise.

Hopefully we could line up something.

A world class manager is the biggest asset a club can have: if we have an opportunity to get one we have to take it.

I said back in January that after the two cup exits, he had to secure European qualification or face being replaced in the summer.

Five games ago, we were outside contenders for a Champions League place. Three draws and two defeats later, we’re looking unlikely to even get a Conference League place. He should, at the very least, be under severe scrutiny from the executives and ownership.
