Why did he make a sub with 15 seconds left and give them an excuse to add another minute on?

This is huge for me. Why do it and not 10 mins earlier when the players were goosed anyway? So stupid.

I dont understand why he sets up with 11 behind the ball to sneak a result, gets 3 1 up and then starts putting attacking minded players like Alcaraz and Patterson on. When he doesn't make subs its bad, and now when he does its worse.

Just bad game management by those on the pitch. Chasing hard attacking counter attacks and then being exhausted to chase back.

Should've been at least 10 min earlier - this way we just gifted an extra min of stoppage time for nothing.

Well we finished in the top 6 in 5 out of the 11 seasons, including the top 4 once. In fact we only finished below 8th twice, in 2004 and 2006.

I will as ever never understand why you make subs in injury time to waste time, that adds the time. Injury time has cost us the last month or so

How was the game over. It had 6 minutes injury time to be played. Referees often dont even add on the full seconds for subs too.

Making subs to break up momentum and get some legs on the field is absolutely normal
