2025/26 David Moyes

The antics out of this feller too. Acting like a big soft lad on the touchline.

I do believe Moyes winning that Euro piss pot has made him feel as though he's one of the managerial greats and he thinks he can bring on the diva stuff.

It's embarrassing the club.
Well said mate

Three. We had 13 touches in the opposition box and handed them the ball all game. 32% possession.
You simply have no understanding of football and the differences in squad quality. I apologise for being so critical of you in the past. It’s not your fault. I shouldn’t of been so judgmental.

I’m not a Moyes fan but he is a master at setting up teams to defend & to try to score on the break. Unfortunately for us that will only get you so far.

Think the only thing he got wrong was the subs, it’s hard work for the midfield to put in that amount of defensive work & to also support the attacker. Ndiaye didn’t close down the cross for the first goal but he & KDH looked dead on their feet for the last 15/20 minutes. He really needs to use the full 5 subs allowed in these situations.

It is usual in these types of games for the defensive team to create less & less as the tiredness creeps in & I did wonder if bringing George on for the last 20 minutes would have helped.
I agree totally with that and he's been doing that all season and not using young talent

There is no doubt that Arsenal have a fantastic squad and it was always going to be a tough ask to get something but it's the way we lose and not use subs etc and mismanage as the game goes on

He set us up well today, we had chances to score and Arsenal didn’t really get in to any decent positions to score. Gana and KDH should have stopped Dowman having half an hour to cross the ball and Pickford should have stayed on his line, all in the space of a few seconds and we are a goal down. Having 2 strikers who trip over their own feet and have as much strength as wet toilet paper doesn’t help.

Did I deny he's done a solid job anywhere? Or is it because of that that he's beyond ANY criticism and we should only praise and kiss his feet?

We played for a 0:0 today in the entire second 45 with no intent EVER to go forward, that's on him after the fantastic 1st half, which is obviously also his doing, well done. See, give and take.
We have players out of position for no reason, subs were crap and too late or like for like in the case of Beto/Barry. The players out of position having no positional sense cost us the 1st goal as much as Pickford did.

He's doing very well overall and despite that he's still his biggest limitation and always will be. But, we already knew that. Doubt we get Europe as we'll bottle it when it matters, even in a league this weak.
Ofcourse he's not against criticism. You said he played for an 0-0 from the start. We could have been 3 up by HT So it's obvious he wasn't playing for a 0-0 . The second half, granted we were holding on and trying to hit on the counter attack. Is a draw away to the league leaders not acceptable? .

I want better for us, ofcourse I do, but with not having unlimited funds, we've got to do it gradually. We've improved since Moyes took over from Dyche, hopefully we will make the next step when our new gaffer takes over from Moyes.

It was never going to be a quick fix and some Evertonians think we can suddenly go from fighting relegation for years in to qualifying for Europe instantly are not being realistic
