Made up with the win today but it doesnt change my feelings that at the end of the season i think we should look for a more attack minded progressive manager.
All that said i think FKN have already decided to out him judging by the lack of funds in January.
Would you trust him with another 100m while the players he bought in the summer all sit on the bench unable to get a game ?

People might enjoy needling others and enjoy being 'right', but the deeper emotion will be joy at a win and anger at a loss. It is for me.

Funny to think, despite some of the awful results, if we can get a run together and manage to get in Europe, this season will be looked back on with massive warmth and the wavey Mersey kit will become a retro classic.

Surely there has to be a discussion to extend his current contract.

I think Eggs did seriously suggest that United might have a second go at him in the summer.

I'd imagine any potential signing might like the person who they're likely to see as advocating for them to join the club might be around for a couple of years at least. Some clearly mightn't care as long the £s are right.

Super win today
I'm celebrating this win like any other Everton win under ANY manager.

Do I want him sacked right now ....no.

I can and will acknowledge the job he has done ( the cups aside ) as giving us relative stability , but come season end he should be thanked and replaced.

Under Dyche & Jaffa boy I celebrated every win the same but still held my view they should never have been near this club. Its the team & the club always for me.
Label me what you want it doesnt matter a jot to me , and hold the firm view Moyes cant/ wont take this club were we all want it to be.

My choice in the summer ..the Best available.

Seemed a pretty quiet transfer window for most clubs tbh. Maybe PSR related.
Ive no qualms Moyes going. But its a big thing as to who it is replaces him
people seem to struggle for names outside of Glasner and iraola.

Newcastle are a very good team and it is a very good win. But it kind of shows you the problem with Moyes. We act quickly and/or go on the counter instead of faffing around we will open things up for our strikers and they will score more. We faff about and other teams will take shape and make it next to impossible for us to break things down without overloading the box. We need to be more decisive and ballsy in the final 3rd. If KDH is anywhere near the 10, he has to be more decisive and willing to take chances.

So basically get a manager who will steer the players away from what they’re good at to chase some pipe dream for your own edification?
