I want him to succeed but I still feel that he is limited/cannot take us to the next level. Great job in terms of keeping us up last season and this one too but we need to be winning home games and not just "backs to the wall" type of games. We need proper full backs (how hard can it be?) and top level strikers. We won today and I'm happy but the result masks a lot of flaws. *bring on the hate
