Absolutely see it week after week teams touch and play moving the ball they looked like Barcelona out there at times. Both Chelsea goals come from quick attacks we take forever to move the ball not fluid at all and allowing teams to get back. And then got Donkeys like Barry taking a touch when the pace on the ball from Aznou clearly wasn’t for him and putting it out of play at the end.

There's no way Dibling is a winger in this life or the next. The kids desperate to get so far away from the touchline, I'm assuming there's Kryptonite buried there and that's why he wants to stay away from it.

Then play Dibling in the centre and McNeill as a winger. Just take a defender off since we dont have any overlapping ones anyway. If you are down 0-1 you can't make substitutions like this. I think his undoing is he just didn't have an actual plan for the season with personnel. I don't think he is the tactically worst manager ever. He is not very good when he has money to play with. He could have very easily built a functional team that can play the way he wants but he is too much of a coward to take a chance on certain players and wants his safety net to fall back to which is why he opts for the Doucore's and Keane's of the world. That way he has someone to blame when things go tits up.
