2024/25 David Moyes

He’s got us competing a bit more and like I said about the striker. The smart things are happening behind the scenes with recruitment etc, if he starts shifting blame we know he’s cooked.

We lost but we should have not been beaten there. Everyone needs to remember how big this summer is. Not this last 6 games or so, with the hope that half of these players won’t be here next year.
Your points are all valid, and the bit I've put in bold has really annoyed me in recent weeks.

ALL of Chelsea, City, United, Arsenal and Liverpool (twice) had off days against us / played extremely poorly and the grand sum of points collected against them is 3.

He also oversaw a terrible result in the FA Cup at home against Bournemouth, and now it's been almost three months(!) since we last won at Goodison - some way to bow out of the Grand Old Lady, this.

I'm thankful for his work since he's come back, and it was a heck of a second honeymoon period. Thank God we got the extended bounce because once it ended we've been absolutely crap.

Stop playing Abdoulaye Doucoure and expecting us to be able to string attacking moves together.
People are going to be divided on many manager, history tells us that, its inevitable, particularly as time passes, you get a timeframe before contempt creeps in.
some people change there tune quickly.
Ironically, the squad offers no really options.

Moyes got a bounce but we have returned to form. A slight change in style gave us an advantage but the lack of surprises in the squad make us easy to find out.

The palace squad yesterday showed us the players upfront and in midfield that our light years ahead of us. I would say we have the forth worst squad in the division beyond the back four. There’s an argument Ipswich offer more going forward but we are stronger defensively.

we changed the manager but offered little improvement to the squad.

Acartraz the exception, but he comes with conditions that you need to spend a large chunk of our war chest on him if we play enough. He look good to me but we don’t see what goes on in training but it seems the jury is out on whether acartraz is deemed to have a future of the club. Playing him now might improve the current situatation, could mean we have to pull out of other targets, percieved better in the summer.

How is it silly
If you’re going to mention the guys net spend, then it cover the whole period he was here and his buying and selling. I
Said 15/20yrs and you’ve got your knickers in a twist. 15yrs ago was only 3 yrs before he left. I’m not taking about how well he done I was pointing out , what he did at Everton was a long time ago and things have changed. And as fans we can only go of his last job.

Europe, winning a trophy, all positives
Some of the players he bought and the fees
A big negative

Mate, if you want to believe 12 years go was 20 - shoot for the stars! People livid through it on here and can count.

You see the competing contradiction in your last three lines.
