Thats with Moyes an average to ok manager, its not like we have employed an elite manager to get this huge turn around in performance and results.

Moyes is only doing 99.9% of other managers in the world would of done, coach them.

Moyes is a good manager mate. Levels above what we have had recently. We are lucky and blessed he would come to us.

Different managers suit different things. I don't think it necessarily follows that an 'elite' manager gets better results in these circumstances with these players, in fact I would put pretty decent money on it that they wouldn't.
