Why are people complaining that he's asked for the fans help?

Almost every new manager asks for help and backing from supporters. It's par for the course.

What did you expect him to say?

He knows better anyone the power of a unified club.

One thing we have that Ipswich, Wolves and others don't have is Goodison as a bear pit brought to bare is worth points.

Upgrade on Dyche but that is the lowest bar in the history of low bars.
Now we desperately need some players. Three weeks of the transfer window to go. The clock is ticking

Moyes has made two big mistakes that have really hampered his career as a manager. First he chose to stick with us in the summer of 2009 when yet again he failed to get the financial backing that would give him a chance of lifting us into the top four. His stock was high and he`d of had a lot of options from teams with ambition. Second was following Ferguson at United. I always got the feeling no top manager wanted to go there after the amount of trophies they had won season after season.
I think we`re getting a different version of Moyes from the one that we had in his last few seasons and if he is not hampered in getting the players he wants into the squad we will see us certainly move up and away from the wrong end of the table.

50:50 but no doubt he held us back too. Question is are Evertonians desperate enough to forgive and forget
Doesn't come down desperation PK.

It comes down to whether you're big enough to move past something that happened a lifetime ago.

Only things I can't forgive are Heysel and Barmby, every else is a piece of cake.

He’s switched his old 4-4-1-1 to a 4-2-3-1 that transitions in to a 4-1-4-1 in attack

Also Moyes was never afraid to try people in new roles, we may see Harrison get a run in his position… off the left
I see Armstrong getting regular sub appearances at least

And i also see him using Jake O’Brien more, would not be surprised if he takes a closer look at our set up vs Peterborough…

I'm not thrilled but will get behind him. He really needs backing now with some squad reinforcements if we're going to stay up. Good luck to him
