They're better off getting rid of him now and brining in a young(ish) progressive coach from the continent. Moyes looked clueless in the market, no point letting him waste another season with average expensive buys.

One thing I find interesting is his decision making, he reacts to the fans, they forced his hand with mega money buys so went out and spent without really thinking about it, chopping and changing his teams etc, he clearly cant put his own stamp on things there.

With us there was no real outside pressure, he could keep playing Neville and only a few faint groans would be heard around the ground. Even when he was booed for defensive subs he would treat us Evertonians with utter contempt.

The guys royally screwed. He will last the season but that maybe it for him. The fans here always knew he was tactically inept etc but he was very good at scouting players on a budget. His biggest asset is one that really is not going to work for him at United. The season he has had, there is no way United fans will let him buy cheap in the summer. They will want the marquee signings and this is when he will come further unstuck.

He has already spent some hideous amount of money on two players who in reality they did not need. Mata who would play in the Rooney position behind Van Persie and Fellaini who again his best position would be the one just behind the striker. That's nigh on 60 million flushed down the toilet. This scenario i can imagine getting even worse in the summer after the season ending the way it appears to be.

The Republik of Mancunia fans' website have put the money together to hire the plane with the order: ‘Wrong One – Moyes Out’ to go overhead during Saturday's Barclays Premier League home match against Aston Villa.

It is a direct challenge to the Stretford End Flags group, who say they will not take down the 'Chosen One' banner inside Old Trafford.

It's the beginning of the end for him. Rumours of player disquiet, fans groups now calling for his head, it only ever ends one way. So despite the current backing from the hierarchy, it won't last much longer. He'll get the Kenny treatment at the season end imo.

Yeah, that was one of the points made in the 31 reasons why Moyes must leave... article. While he seemed to get good players when Everton had no money, as soon as he had something to spend he ended up getting a striker who quickly stopped scoring. I don't think it was clear if he got the players just when they turned a bit crap, whether he made them a bit crap or whether it was the tactics of the team that he played them in that stopped them getting the service that they were used to.

To be fair, Moyes built a great defence at Everton, but things he has said since then have suggested that he was more interested in not losing games than winning them, another reason, presumably for Everton lacking a statisically great striker during his term.
