Bit lost there,

His agent told anderlecht that he wanted to quit to join a top side who were interested in him?

Anderlecht got mad and so his agent got him a loan to monaco.

Now hes unwanted in monaco and anderlecht so signing for us?
His agent is the same as Mirallas & Lukaku.

We might be doing the deal as a favour to him or because we trust him we are not worried about some of the apparent attitude problems.

Seems like a signing primarily for u21s but could make a few appearances off the bench, like how Vellios was previously used. Sounds like he will be expected to progress to the senior team in a year or two.

In a weak attempt at further clarification (thanks to Google and awkward Google translations):

From age 15 on, it seems as though Henen was regarded as highly as any Belgian youngster. There was some acrimony over his move from Standard to Anderlecht, although that's not uncommon anywhere.

He had some issues with immaturity at Anderlecht (showing up late for training sessions, that sort of thing), and fell out of favor to an extent with management. Those habits caused some of his peers to advance ahead of him to the senior side, following which came the aforementioned disagreements over the alleged interest big clubs had in him.

He went to Monaco B for game time, but failed to find much, if any, due in part to Monaco's heavy investment. Games with Belgium's youth teams were his only outlet.

In an interview, Henen fessed up to his lack of professionalism at times, and claims to have at last learned what it takes to make it in football. No idea if this link to the interview works.

That's the best picture of him I can create. Talented but immature. The worry of course is that his peers caught up with his talent, but he hasn't played much at the club level recently, so it's impossible to know. Hopefully his performances for Belgium's youth sides serve as proof that his ability is still real.

It says he's fast as an arrow, two-footed and deadly efficient in front of goal. ;)

Really it doesn't seem there's any serious acrimony between him and Anderlecht, but he's irritated at (what he sees as) having wasted a year, and they don't feel like his attitude has been good enough to reward him with a new contract. Speculation on my part but I don't think they'd sell if his contract wasn't up next year.

not particularly excited by this deal, but then ,I have only read the last couple of pages.Guess at the price it's low risk ,but if the lad has a poor attitude he's going to be found out very quickly, time will tell.
