thanks, theres enough dead wood sucking money out of the club, I just wish I was as unfortunate in life as him.
I didn't say in life. It also must be pretty frustrating not to be able to fulfil potential because your body lets you down, regardless of how much money he's got. There are worse problems, but it doesn't mean it mustn't rankle.

He must have enough cash stashed away, go and buy a pub he will be fit enough for that.

Other than the fact he's injured his left calf, right hamstring, upper arm, lower arm, elbow, upper lip, back passage and hurt his navel. Apart from breaking his metatarsal his pinky finger and the cartilage in his septum, stretched his scrotum and snapped his banjo whilst playing for us there is no way you could call him injury prone.

Gibbo is the absolute business and I want him as our starting cm alongside mccarthy next season.

Injury prone my arse, as if a fractured bone in your foot has anything to do with your knees

Lol, he weak. Can't believe Martinez is considering giving him a new contract.

Even if Martinez wanted rid of him, which I don't think he does, who would pay any money for him? Doesn't matter how good you are if you're only fit for 5 games a season.

If you need someone to step in with a shift when one of your regulars breaks a metatarsel then he is your man. I would offer him a one year contract to stay. There is deader wood than he on the books.
BTW same applies to Pienaar and Osman but all 3 are soon or already not first 11 players.
