I don't mind him at RB but He really struggles at CM these days. Rodwell and Gibson were out, ossie not fit and tbf he and Barkley are not deep lying CM players anyway, so moyes didn't really have much choice yesterday.

Time looks to be catching up on Nev.

However he represents our club impeccably. The squad travelled back up to Liverpool tonight on the train. Nev came out of the players carriage and got involved with all the fans.

He then dragged Straq out who was met with rapturous applaud. He also took a young lad into players carriage to get autographs.

What ever you think of him on the pitch, he is a class act off it.

those fans missed a great opportunity to throw nev out the window, they wont get a better chance than that

You can't pick a player for what he does of the field.

I'm not saying this alone should be why he's picked.

For what it's worth I don't think he should be starting games at the moment either.

All I'm saying is regardless of what people's opinions are of him, what a fantastic captain, leader and role model he is. Top pro

agreed, but i don't see why we would need a defensive minded midfielder against a team like QPR. This is the reason why we've done so ****e against the lesser teams in the last 3 years. I wanna see the team that hit 7 past sunderland, and 5 past hull again. I understand that formula against the top sides who have quality all over the field, because it works
