Definitely mate. Plus his agent would be more than capable of drumming up interest in the player if needed. Without the player needing to come out talking about Everton and praising us like were likely to be his next employers.

Moyes has form for changing his targets. We went for Pranjic because at the time Pienaar deal was off. We are now concentrating fully on Pienaar and have no interest in Pranjic. Yes Moyes was at the Croatia game, but guess what he was watching Jelavic. Pranjic was set to go to China for mega bucks, but it fell through, he now is using us to drum up interest and get a big pay day.

Not that I have any clue whether we are in for Pranjic or not, although my personal opinion is that we are interested...

I am utterly amazed at the confidence you misguidedly place in national newspapers, especially an article which states no source or quotes.
