Government mate, legislation takes a lifetime to be pushed through. This is not the fault of the board. Fat heads sitting in Westminster keep putting the Everton file to the bottom of the inbox.

Its hard all this waiting,on a personal note i hope we dont get the go ahead but i'm an old fart who'd sooner see Goodison tarted up rather than move to some souless ground encorpating a supermarket

But on a side note the Kings Dock fiasco has to have alarm bells ringing witchever side of the fense you sit upon becuase lets be fair about it money was much more in abundance back then than it is now.
