I'm just not a believer in resting a goalkeeper. I've never understood it. Especially since it's a position where there is usually a big difference in class between your no.1 and your back up.

If he has an injury it's totally different, but if he's injured then he shouldn't be a sub either.

He could have played tonight and rested for the next 10 days
