I know it was only pre-season like.. but he played most of those games in the summer and looked solid enough to me.

tbf regarding Virginia, Pickford has deffo had some kind of knock. He had an injury against Newcastle and had which looked to me the same issue against Fulham in the league Cup. Same again against Wolves. Not sure if its hip or just his kicking leg but he's deffo wilted in those games.
