Our players on the pitch should be able to go up a gear if they have the belief and desire to do so, because they should know Palace played Thursday.

It's easy to put some blame onto Moyes - I did myself before - but the players also need to look at themselves; once we scored, we should have pushed on.

I think part of the problem stems from playing cm’s for example in attacking positions. When they eventually get into dangerous areas they aren’t clinical enough to punish teams. They stumble and trip over the ball when a more attacking minded player would know how to take a ball and move it quickly into an attack set up. The players look like bumbling idiots but it doesn’t help if they aren’t playing in their natural position.
