Also good to see a referee let a game flow. There are lots of refs who would have ruined that game with free kicks and yellow cards. Anthony Taylor is an old school ref and it really helped the game tonight.

Thought him and Garner both looked leggy and tired in that first half, understandably too in fairness. Gueye was strong in the second half though.

All we ever asked for is commitment, effort and determination. We can cope with poor football, we can cope with bad decisions, as long as the team give their all.

I've admitted before that I was sceptical about bringing Moyes back, but the change in the mentality of the squad is clear as day. Under Dyche we would probably have capitulated in these last two games; under Moyes most of the same players are now performing with 100% commitment and growing confidence (as well as playing a more cohesive and less backs-to-the-wall version of soccerball).

What a turnaround. Surely Moyes should be a shoe-in for Manager of the Month by a country mile...?

I salute you Davey Moyes. You have made me proud of my team again.

I think the trepidation and some negativity when we reappointed Moyes was because we remembered how it ended...what we haven't factored in is that Moyes isnt the same manager that he was when he left here... hes had 10 years of good, bad and ugly...bottom line is he probably a way better manager than the one we had before. Wondering how West Ham fans are feeling about the table right now

I think we all got ourselves comfortable we were going to lose after they equalized. Had a feeling of inevitability about it. Almost certainly would have under Dyche. What a difference a month makes.
