You still dont get it do you?

The Bellingcat investigation was never about the photographs - The media however have picked up on it and that is what is driving the headlines. Bellingcat clearly stated that they could not be sure it was Chepiga in the photographs released. The main crux of the investigation was the documentation that was uncovered.

At least Eliot is being honest and transparent - both qualities that you are clearly deficient in.

So do one troll as your'e really boring - serving up the same old crap.

Interesting, don't you think?

What have any of your recent posts got to do with this thread, other than deflection.......

What is 'deflection' got to do with no name for Chepiga in 2016 on the monument. This is the same monument that Bellingcat showed the name Chepiga, who claim he was awarded his Hero of the Russian Federation honour in 2014 and it was presented to him by Putin. You know, the one that 'did it'. Now here's a puzzle but a name does appear in a photo from 2017. Which would suggest that he was awarded the honour between 2016 and 2017 and not 2014. So Bellingcat saw a name added and concocted a story around that person being one of the Salisbury suspects. Or that names are added when people die and that person died between 2016 and 2017.

What pretence? Putin thinks Skripal is a' traitor and scum'.

Skripal is a ‘traitor & scum,’ not some rights activist – Putin

In a rare personal comment on the Sergei Skripal scandal, Russian President Vladimir Putin lambasted the former double agent as a “traitor” and “scum.” The sooner the media noise around Skripal ends, the better, Putin said.

Some media outlets are “pushing through a theory that Mr Skripal is some sort of a rights activist. He’s plainly a spy. A traitor to his homeland. There’s such a thing – being a traitor to the homeland. He is one,” Putin said on Wednesday, speaking at the Russian Energy Week International Forum in Moscow.

Skripal poisoning: No info in records about decorated colonel Chepiga, says Kremlin
“Imagine, if there’s a person in your country who betrayed it. How would you treat him?” Putin added. “He’s plainly scum.”
Putin also said the whole Skripal affair had been blown out of proportion, adding that “the faster [the media campaign] ends, the better.”
Putin said that Russia has repeatedly urged the UK to provide Moscow with materials on the Skripal case, yet the requests have been squarely ignored. The Kremlin has said that the former double agent, poisoned in Salisbury with his daughter Yulia in March - after already serving a jail sentence in Russia, was of no real interest for Russia.
“This Skripal, as I’ve already said, is a traitor, who was caught, punished and who spent five years behind bars. That’s it. He went abroad and continued to cooperate, consulting some intelligence services there,” Putin added.

While London keeps blaming Russia for the Skripal incident, it is yet to provide any solid evidence to back up the claims. The Russian Foreign Ministry has sent some 60 notes to London since March, urging the UK authorities to conduct a joint investigation and provide consular access to the Skripal family, but the UK has not replied to any of the requests".

Some called these judges 'traitors and scum'.

The UK can't provide any evidence that Putin 'did it' so have called on the man from Leicester to provide it. Emotive language is used daily in the UK media. Have you ever heard what they call people on benefits?

Have you put your hand in your pocket and bought military man Urban's book yet?

May should have come on the stage singing money, money, money because she's going to have to dip into the nations pockets,£250 millions worth, to set up yet another new organisation, after these conveniently headlines show.

UK accuses Kremlin of ordering series of 'reckless' cyber-attacks

As Machon ex spy points out - - UK spies go on the offensive with yet another costly intelligence agency. Maybe that's what May meant with the 'end of austerity' statement.

But the people of this country better hope that this new agency does a better job, in detecting and protecting that they have previous done, as the Skripal case has shown.

Hunt claims the UK have let in loads of Russian military and they never kept tabs on them. Which is starling considering what Mark Urban, ex military BBC hack, has revealed. Interesting read this particular blog. https://www.theblogmire.com/urbans-tale-clears-away-some-of-the-smoke-and-mirrors-in-salisbury/

"However, comments in a new book by the BBC reporter, Mark Urban, reveal a couple of things that are of crucial interest in light of the claim. Here is the first:

“Urban discovered that Skripal spent much of his day watching Russia’s Channel One, a pro-Kremlin state broadcaster. He adopted ‘the Kremlin line in many matters’, the journalist writes, ‘even while sitting in his MI6-purchased house’, especially over Moscow’s fraught relations with Ukraine.”
The key part I want to draw your attention to is that, according to Urban, Mr Skripal’s house was “MI6-purchased.” This may come as no surprise to those who have been paying attention, but it does at least clear away some of the smokes and mirrors. So the house that Mr Skripal lived in, and the one that he was apparently targeted in, was owned by MI6. And the reason for this, as the British media seem to have belatedly discovered, is that Mr Skripal was still working for MI6.

Mr Urban also says this:

“The people closest to him [Sergei] were probably what he called his ‘Team’ — the officers from MI5 and MI6 who looked after his welfare. He spoke about them with affection and had a special mobile phone that went directly to their duty officer.”
Hopefully, you’re beginning to get the picture. Sergei Skripal was not only active for MI6, and not only lived in a house which was purchased by MI6 but – according to Mr Urban – he had MI5 and MI6 officers assigned to protect him, as well as a direct line should he need to get in contact. As an aside, would it be cheeky to enquire whether this particular phone was one of the ones that was allegedly made untraceable on 4th March?"

How can a 'protected agent' be left slumped on a bench in a town centre the result of an 'attempted assassination by Russian GRU'. Who and where were his minder/s? Incompetence of the highest order it would appear. The May government have an awful lot riding on this politically, and to rely on our man from Leicester to provide the' intelligence' that it was' the GRU acting on Putin's orders' shows how dumb and desperate they are.

Looks like the Dutch got hold of their laptop -

"The Dutch government finds the involvement of these intelligence operatives extremely worrisome," Bijleveld said. "Normally we don't reveal this type of counter-intelligence operation."

He said that a laptop belonging to one of the four was also linked to operations in Brazil, Switzerland and Malaysia. The Malaysia events were allegedly related to the investigation into the 2014 shooting down of flight MH17 over Ukraine.

I wonder what goodies that will turn-up.

A team of Russian agents used a rig of computers hidden in the boot of a car to try and hack into the global chemical weapons watchdog a month after the Salisbury attack, Dutch authorities revealed today.
Four GRU spies were caught as they tried to unleash a cyber attack on the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) in The Hague in April, when the global body was at the centre of the investigation into the novichok poisoning.
The attempted hack at the OPCW headquarters - which was foiled by Dutch and British spies - followed unsuccessful attacks on the UK's Foreign Office and defence laboratories at Porton Down, which were also investigating Salisbury.
The bombshell revelations suggest Russia's increasingly brazen GRU launched a global cover-up operation in the wake of the poisoning of double agent Sergei Skripal, who was yesterday branded a 'scumbag' and a 'traitor' by Vladimir Putin.

Obviously nothing to do with the Russians though......*awaits response from Hull number 2.......
