True, to be honest they’ve already exceeded my expectations in India already.
The fact that people are disappointed that they’re 2-1 down shows how far they’ve come.

It does, but they do need to learn to play more than 1 way. I think Stokes does. He talks relentlessly positive but isn't afraid to drop anchor if the situation demands it. Some of the others need to do the same. Once they started bowling short pitched deliveries on day 2 I knew we had them rattled. We should have steadily accumulated runs on day 3. We needed to score 600 as we were batting last. Instead of which we got ourselves out. Not every pitch allows you to forfeit half an innings. It's frustrating because to win a series in India would be a massive achievement, and we had a good chance to do it.
Who ever thought that Bazball would be one dimensional?
Attacking cricket is great but FFS play with intelligence.
What has happened to Joe Root? He's gone from one of the worlds top 3 batters to a guy who has won the lottery and been called up from club cricket to play for England.
And don't get me started on Bairstow.
