Trying to think about who they could have picked and it’s only Vince I can think of.

Jacks, Livingstone & Abell injured, Hales, Billings opted out. They’re giving Brook a break before the IPL.

Agh, didn't know that.

Maybe if we're short on batters we should open with one of the all rounders like Ali or Curran... Just to try and lengthen the batting order.
Yeah definitely, both considered good spin hitters up the order in the highest standard of T20.

England made a dribbling 117 in the final T20 match. Bangladesh 22-1. Exciting match in the deciding Test in India : Australia 480, India 571, Kohli (186) with his first century for three years. Twenty mins and a day to go.

(Australian) we’re heading over to Europe this English summer and just so happen to touch down on the 8th or 9th of July (Day 1of the 3rd Test)

I’ve got 2 goals while in England, go see Goodison (hopefully they do tours during the off season) and try and get tickets to a day at Headingly. Anyone know how I go about getting tickets?

Thank you in advance blues!

Funny isn't it, how Stokes taking drugs in order to compete in the IPL is okay. I can't imagine the same would be the case if it was a cyclist doing likewise. Remember, the WADA guidelines say that drugs should be prohibited when they enhance performance (which they certainly do in his case as he wouldn't play without them); they damage the athlete's health (which again, they do, both because he's playing with an injury and corticoids have been shown to have long-term health implications); and violates the spirit of the sport.

Presumably the drug in question isn't on the banned substance list. So why would a cyclist not be able to use it.? Does the sport governing body have their own stronger guidelines?

You're probably right mate. I just didn't understand the point that Stokes was getting away with something a cyclist wouldn't.
Ah, I was just saying that I think some sports, such as cycling, generate an instant air of suspicion in a way that other sports don't. Think of the huge fuss surrounding Wiggins and corticosteroid, yet Stokes using cortisone is brushed aside.
