The rain, it raineth every day
Lancashire second in the T20 table to the 'Birmingham Bears' aka Warwickshire, they play each other on Friday.
Having Livingstone and Davies in the top three is certainly a benefit, knowing that Buttler is in next.Watched the last six or seven overs on YouTube. Comfortable in the end, especially with vilas coming in so positively when there was a possibility we could have lost a few wickets.
Used to but finished about 8 years ago aged 50. I was a fast bowler and I just couldn’t do it anymore.Anyone on here play?
Got a mate who plays for a local team, and seem to have got myself involved playing for their 5ths this weekend!
Haven't played in about 20 years and keep getting asked if I bat or bowl...
As the blokes are crap, can we draft in some of the women's team? They seem to know how to bat at least.
At it again tonight 209-6, 19 overs. Bairstow 112 off 51 balls, 10 sixes 7 fours.Wow Yorkshire amassed 240 in their game. Some high scores tonight.
He's one of those players that doesn't seem to get the same number of opportunities (for England) as other players, even though he's clearly got the skills. At it again tonight 209-6, 19 overs. Bairstow 112 off 51 balls, 10 sixes 7 fours.
He barely plays.Has buttler ever done anything for Lancashire in terms of a match winning innings?
I know, very few of the England regulars do. But when he has, he doesn't seem to show that star quality. He barely plays.
Had a look at his county stats from 2010, so includes Somerset. 95 matches, 2063 runs, highest score only 80, 15 fifties, averages 32.23. Don't look particularly outstanding, but I can't find anything with which to compare. It seems nowadays there's a lot more scores over 80+, maybe he's just told to give it a buff no matter what.I know, very few of the England regulars do.
