Player Valuation: £750k
Credit to whoever brought Landon back, credit to Moyes and his scouting team for signing Gibson for pocket money, credit to the agent who found Billy a new home where he'll be happier and will flourish, credit to the board for making the Billy money available to our beloved manager, credit again to Moyes & his team for the inspired dealings with Spurs, credit to the scouts who recommended Straq and to the management team for taking the time to allow him to settle and find his feet. Let's hope our new superstar signing proves his worth in which case this will prove to be one of the finest transfer windows ever.

With the Pienaar deal we get Pienaar for 6 months and they get Saha for free forever, is that right?

I think the two deals are independent of each other. I guess that we needed Louis off the payroll to afford Pienaar's wages though.

Plenty of optimism about now, what happened?

Blue Union disbanded? Brothers in Arms once again? Stability? Results? Goals???

Oh that's right, we resigned JUDAS ESCARIOT and, noddy league wannabe, A United reject and a decent American, what for a couple of months? And let go a couple of hopeless players?

I'm finding it hard to get excited.

Perfect.

I want to give credit to whoever spotted Vellios at a division three Greek side and took the punt for like 125k. Could turn out to be the bargain of the century. The three goals he's scored has already more than paid for that fee.

So you put the price of a goal at 41666.00 pounds. How many goals to win the league do you reckon, 100 to be sure? So we could just pay the FA about 4.5 million and we can win the league and go in to champions league next year.

Does this get you excited:

Unless you are Andy Carroll and Liverpool and the price rises to 7,000,000 million/per.
