Just been out on my state-approved run.
Did 45 mins and hardly saw any cars away from the main road, and even then there was hardly anything.
Lots of people walking in max groups of 2 and all keeping distance.
Was absolutely parched halfway through and as I was passing ASDA I nipped in for some water. They've got barriers up which will only allow single-file plus set up an entrance and exit. Everyone inside was standing apart and a lot were wearing gloves/masks.
The message really is getting through and that's a good thing. Seeing so much negativity but everyone I've seen today and yesterday is following the advice.
