Just been out on my state-approved run.

Did 45 mins and hardly saw any cars away from the main road, and even then there was hardly anything.

Lots of people walking in max groups of 2 and all keeping distance.

Was absolutely parched halfway through and as I was passing ASDA I nipped in for some water. They've got barriers up which will only allow single-file plus set up an entrance and exit. Everyone inside was standing apart and a lot were wearing gloves/masks.

The message really is getting through and that's a good thing. Seeing so much negativity but everyone I've seen today and yesterday is following the advice.

It is. Only plus is that Italy had gone back to the 700s yesterday after two days of decline, so hopefully this decline keeps declining!

It may not be Covid-19 related. Lots of people are finding this an advantageous period as there’s less police out there and those who are have other priorities.

No other reason to be pulling people right now surely? If the instruction is only workers can be out then I'd imagine there is a fair few on the road , much less on the bus.

Police could pull 100 people a day and they could all be workers. Compared to night time when theoretically you should have much less traffic.

Less reason to be out.

Far more people will be working day shifts compared to evening / night shifts. All the tits who choose to ignore the government will still think they can travel . So as the night goes on, it will be easier to spot them.

The supermarkets are open until 10pm though and most people are working from home at the moment

Seriously though, I mean 3/4 adults in a car rather than kids. Absolutely no excuse for it now.
